Project Urban Living Lab (PULL) – Urban ecology lead
Played a key role in setting up India’s first Urban Living Lab, a multi-stakeholder platform to test socio-technical innovation for addressing key urban challenges. The pilot site is the coastal city of Panaji-Goa. I lead the work stream on Urban Ecology with main responsibilities that include:-
– Developing a Toolkit for Planners to incorporate Nature-based Solutions into coastal urban planning
– Designing innovative pilots to build and sustain the urban socio-ecological resilience
– Capacity Development for town planners, educators and civil society on Nature-based Solutions
